Bradley Doucet is a Montreal writer and the English Editor of Le Québécois Libre, a bilingual web magazine promoting individual liberty, free markets, and voluntary cooperation. He is also a regular contributor to The New Individualist, an Objectivist magazine published by The Atlas Society. He has studied philosophy and economics, and is currently completing a novel on the pursuit of happiness. Jasmin Guénette was coordinator and then director of public affairs at the Montreal Economic Institute from 2002 to 2008. He left the MEI in early 2008 to serve as director of academic programs at the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University. He now serves as vice president at the MEI. Mr. Guénette holds a bachelor and a master’s degree in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is primarily interested in questions of the conceptions of justice, personal and economic freedom and public policies. Mr. Guénette is an IHS Alumni and former president of UQAM's Political Science and Law Alumni Association. He was designated as one of the ambassadors of UQÀM in recognition of his contribution to the development of this university.
