Chris Schafer - B.A. (Laurier), M.A. (Western), LL.B. (Osgoode Hall), is the Executive Director of the Canadian Constitution Foundation. Prior to joining the Canadian Constitution Foundation, he was an associate at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Ottawa. He previously worked at the Fraser Institute, the Cato Institute, and the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. A published author, Chris has written several studies and articles on public policy and legal issues.
