Sylvia LeRoy is a strategic communications advisor for the National Research Council. She previously worked as a policy and communications consultant for a wide range of government, corporate and non-profit clients, and as a policy analyst and research centre director at The Fraser Institute.Sylvia also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Civitas Society.
