The “shameful and colossal misallocation of human resources,” Moore writes with disgust, delivered “not a penny of measurable payoff.” As he notes, since climate policies began ramping up “30 years ago, the temperature of the planet has not been altered by one-tenth of a degree.”

Yay Brexit!
