Greg Piasetzki is an intellectual property lawyer with an interest in Canadian history. He was born on Canadian Forces Base Shiloh in Manitoba, grew up in Ottawa and now lives in Toronto. After obtaining a B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry from Trent University he spent a year in graduate school at Queen’s University before switching to law. Greg has spent more than 30 years researching his family history, which includes French, Acadian and Métis ancestors on his mother’s side and military service overseas in two wars on his father’s. That led to his more general interest in Canadian history.
